The purpose of Sound Bathing is to bring the body into vibrational harmony, creating a space for a healthy flow of energy to enhance physical and mental well-being. This experience enhances meditative abilities, stimulates stress and toxin release, calms the mind, promotes relaxation, and improves sleeps.
