What is a Birth Doula?
A birth doula is a certified birthing assistant who physically and emotionally supports and educates expecting mothers and families throughout their pregnancy and during labor. I guide families in creating informed decisions for their birthing vision and provide individualized comfort measures during labor.

My mission and core value as a birth doula is to utilize love, education, and empowerment to bring awareness to the power and control women truly have over their minds and body while birthing new life. With the right birth coach, guiding you through proper breathing techniques, supporting you in helpful birthing positions, and providing comfort through touch, your birth experience can be magical.
